Yep. My final pieces for Uni that went in a couple of shows. Just my face in clay moulded differently with different effects on each one.

As for matches... maybe. Got some cleaning up to do now.

BTW, just realized cosplay cruise is this weekend and I haven't sorted any sort of cosplay =/ I'm considering going for the Blues brothers look, which I should be able to get easily as I would only need a hat as I've got everything else.

@Zin: i do worry about you sometimes, but as voddas has pointed out, there are benefits to 2 forks :p

I'll be fighting with myself later, the undecided title match between partyhard Tachi and sensible Tachi. Depending on who wins, i'll be either sat ironing and packing my suitcase....or in town at a bar that only plays rock music and has a £12 free bar.....argh the choices!!!

Normally i'd say yes if it was a friday, or if i had today off work aswell....but i have to be in the office today to sort out as much as possible so my colleagues can't mess things up as much.

looking forward to the holiday, going to be dusting off my dead psp and charging it so i can watch films on the 4 hour flight.

anyway, i stayed in lastnight and got 100% on afterburner whilst listening to pendulum (mostly replayed blood sugar and tarantula) and the prodigy songs too. Then deleted the game and sat watching azumanga daioh till 1am.
 
@ Chaos, you where right, azumanga daioh is funny. whilst watching the sports day event on the second disc i was laughing alot.

Take a long weekend and that'll give you more time to sort out your flat and chill for a while.

@Voddas, have a good evening boyo?
 
Hey Tach. Yeah evening went well at my mam's. She made lamb chops and they were awesome! Watched the Uruguay v Holland match last night too. Was the best match I've seen so far! I was totally wanting to goal in the last few seconds, that would have beenn crazy! Hah.

Well, I say the evening went well. It was good untill 10.00. I then had one of these fecking brain attacks again that crippled me into going to bed. I writhed in pain for an hour untill I passed out. Feel fine again now like. I just hate how these pop out of no where. TT_TT

Just had a word from our manager, due to one of the herts team f***ing up AGAIN. the department is being charged (and we have no spare money...so guess where its going to come from ¬__¬) So not only that but we now have a new RED TAPE to deal with, we have to fill out a new form for every cancellation that happens, time and date stamp it and do that for in the office on a sheet AND on the booking diary spreadsheets AND on call, so were doing it thrice just there.....but we have 2 forms to fill out for on call now, so in total were filling this **** out 4 times! all because some idiot can't use their common sense

Hi Voddas. No, I'm healthy finantially. Being saving to buy a house, so in case of need, I can always dig those savings, althought I rather not if possible.

The problem is that my current employer won't let me days off as I'm leaving and they want me to sort everything I can before I leave. I am entitled to 14 days off this year, which I didn't took, so even if I took a a week off, I'd get the full month's salary plus almost half a month worth of pay when I leave this place. The 14 days off is worth almost 3/4 o a month's salary, so I can't complain.

Yeah, it's awesome and I kind like it's naivety as well. So far, in manga form I think that Yotsuba & beats azumanga daioh though. So I'm really looking forward to a studio picking that up.

As I said to Voddas, unless I can't bother to leave in good terms with the folks here, I can't take days off :(
 
That sucks mate. don't get me started on Red Tape though. When it somes to tax, I spend 90% of my day wading threw it at waist height.

Something tells me that today is going to drag. I'm gonna try and continue jotting down ideas for my possible manga/graphic novel.

@Chaos: That's just plain harsh, and I think illegal. If your contracted for days off, they need to give you them. Either that or pay you extra at the end at least.

As I resigned, they can choose if they will let me have the days off or get paid for them, and they rather have me resolving as many issues as I can before I leave and get paid for the days off, rather than let me take days off. Comprehensible, although disliked.
The good thing is that my next pay check will be for +70% of what I usually get.
 
That's a bonus at least mate. Just have to look on the brighter side.

I wish I could change jobs but there's just nothing going at the moment (not for the pay bracket I'd like anyway). For now I'll just continue with wading the red tape and getting shouted at by the enemy of the tax man (everyone).
 
Hi all. Ouch, sounds like a gloomy day for most, with a ray of light piercing through in places.

Ive just been sorting the house out a bit and started watching some "Those who hunt Elves." Not a bad English dub in all honesty.

Anyone seen Evangelion 1.11 yet? I thought I'd hate the rewatched scenes, but it was actually pretty damn good.
