it depends. If you had it would you share with fellow cultists who wanted to try it?

A lovely one liner was "Lost Gardens of Heligan ... if you can find it"

The really funny bit isn't repeatable. ;)

EDIT: To answer the question. Yes... at your own peril.

Hopefully you'll be different but for me at least, turning 30 was poop! I've turned 40 and 50 since but 30 is still the worsed.

When I turned 30 I started growing a belly (I'm a bloke). Never before had I gained weight and I loved my junk food and sweets!

I'm a bit older now and have started exercising a bit more, walking a lot in the countryside with my camera and eating healthier. I actually feel quite good from it so maybe it wasn't entirely negative and I'm working on turning that belly into a 6 pack :p (I'm convinced there's one developing under the extra flesh there somewhere).

I've never been good at exercise but so far I'm keeping it up fairly well and being able to sit in front of the TV with dumbells or on my exercise bike really helps. Anime episodes are a great length for short intensive or relaxed exercise on the bike.... Just don't decide to do it whilst watching an England match like I did yesterday ¬_¬.

Care to share it with me via dm? I admit, I’m curious as to what was said.

Now I’m worried about me, have never had to worry about junk food now. I struggle to put on any weight but do very much enjoy my junk food, not so much sweets.

nearly 30 and eating way too much junk food, didn't struggle to lose weight before but I've always struggled trying to lose a potbelly. honestly I have a simular face to my avatar and the body of the beast titan. it's not as good a fit as you might think. still though, some of the guys in town really need to put the fork down

Despite only being 21 in September I've found that my metabolism isn't great due to a family trait, and as such I've had to work to maintain the major weight loss between 2014 and 2016 (I went from 15st 14 to 10st 5) and have been hovering around 10st 10 for a few months.

The best way I do this is to try and eat around 1800 calories a day- I keep track of this using an app. If I hadn't continued to do this then I likely would have ended up putting a stone or two back on since I seem to gain weight randomly.

Pool heater is all wired in now, that means the pool should be lovely and warm by (the latest) tomorrow. Can’t wait for it to warm up fully. It could potentially be heated up to 40C but don’t really fancy turning it into a giant bath. #excited!

In this weather wouldn't you want a cool dip?

Cool yes, cold not so much. Seems a bit odd but I don’t seem very good at regulating my body temperature at the minute. Literally as soon as I am too warm I start sweating and as soon as I’m cold I start shivering. Makes for a bit so fun pool dip. Bear in mind most of your body gets submerged so as you can imagine shivering not long afterwards I heated. Really quite annoying actually, swear temperature never had this much of an effect on me before. Only plan on taking it up to around 25-27C currently.

I think it's safe to say the 20s were (nearly) a lost decade for me - progress wise.

Currently around 12st and would like to get back to 10st 7lbs (if possible). Hopefully I'll get rid of the round waist I have at the moment. ;)

well I think I've gone back to like 13st but that was always the max. when I did try I was 11st, could have been 10st if I knew how to get rid of the pot belly

When the fan you would like to order on Amazon is available but only at that price/available for Amazon Prime members only.

*drops Amazon really hard*

EDIT: I am not subscribing to Prime (even as a trial) just to get a fan that is at the same price as Argos but available.

You can always get a free trial for prime and just cancel once you've bought the fan. Prime is a good investment if you buy enough from Amazon.

Ha hopefully as I don't want to have a mournful refrain about it lol
That would be disbearingly bad ga ga

I really hate amazon's scummy tactics of trying to make non-prime users feel like they're not worth amazon's time. Prime exclusives & prime sales are a key part of this.

Prime itself is garbage: Their Netflix competitor is vastly inferior in offerings and streaming quality. Their couriers are a joke, often unable to understand English, deliver to the right address (only courier I've had that issue with) and regularly lie about where they left items etc. As for their prime exclusive prices, they usually aren't even the best out there if you can search around.
