well I can say as an update that the issue with my account has been sorted. it was a blocked card (possibly blocked from the time I told them I didn't recognise a charge) so it's a few days for a new one
had to speak to a human, that human had to get me on the phone to someone else and I had to get a reference number, the problem there was she handed the phone to my left hand and I'm left handed so the reference number I took is now an ineligible scrawl

You had to speak to someone then someone else... why can’t things ever be simple?

I only left uni at 7PM. Gotta love how people cram themselves into a train carriage instead of waiting two minutes for the next one. Oh and Premiere Pro sucks *grumble grumble*

Dude, people have no patience - they just want to get home, even if it means being a sardine for the journey. I'm sorry about your sucky journey, and your late finish at uni. Personally I never mind waiting for the next bus/train carriage if it looks crammed - I'd rather be able to breath and be comfortable...

I left uni late because I was editing so there is a reason, but Premiere Pro wouldn't export our work and we had to redo the exporting to the desktop, which triggered us to no end.

I see. Adobe products can be a pain in the ar$e sometimes, for no apparent reason as well...
