The Funi FMA UE that came in a suitcase
An actual suitcase? Jeez. What're the contents?

For the record, my overall largest-size box is AL's Patema Inverted ultimate edition. The thickest, though, is Manga's DVD set of Death Note: nine slimline cases in a card box.

Well it was a suitcase looking box- it had the Blu Rays, an art book and some art pieces.

Only for getting your anime collector's editions delivered. You'll see. ;)

With this in mind, @Neil.T , the aqcuisition of the EVA 1.11 Collector's Edition would therefore mean that you now have a redundant "Normal Edition" copy lying around, twiddling it's thumbs...which would also fit through letterboxes :p

They usually just nod, pass over the package and leave- just how I like receiving my post.

Sometimes my letters and smaller parcels get intercepted by my Sister's dog (if I don't answer the door), since he knows he get's a biscuit if he fetches our stuff...

Impressive. AL's Fullmetal Alchemist ultimate edition with that die-cast replica gate would surely have to qualify as the heaviest! I watched @Jeremy Graves's unboxing video of that. Look at the size of the box that shipped in! That was for the size of the art book as well, of course.

I keep the door closed to prevent my dog from damaging mail, we used to have a dog and she once tore apart a Blu Ray I ordered, gave it a bollocking of verbal abuse

Still have that in a box under my bed, one day I'll put it on display

Haha, aw man! Well, my Sister's dog is pretty good, he's a lab and he has a soft mouth. He fetches it without any chewing, though sometimes, he thinks that only fetching it to the halfway point is enough to warrant a biscuit...

Like, no pal - halfway job, half a biscuit! XD

Sounds like a good system

Oh WOW, that was a strong hint! 😁
Sorry, Aya, the one I had before was also a collector's edition. That had two different versions of the film: 1.01 (the cinema version) and 1.11 (slightly extended cut with some little changes here and there).

(Subject successfully changed...? 😅)
