I could do with stretching more to be honest, just to stop my lumbar from feeling like it might fall off!

My Dad has issues with his knee - he get's fluid build up around the joint. But, that's because he decided to be an idiot when he was younger, and hang on to the back of a moving coal truck, and ended up getting run over...
