anthropomorphize it? I mean we have countless cat girls, there's something on the net making the rounds called earth Chan, and whatever this thing calls itself

What about Toonatik? Cardcaptors!!!DUUUUUUUUUDE!!! Ed, Edd n Eddy! Darn, the intro though...good times! Cartoon Network and Toonami were the business when I was a teenager. I remember Fox Kids too...good times!
"Buttered toast buttered toast" was always a highlight.I'm chuckling as I recall an ep with Ed's gravy bath XD

It was on CITV! It was a block they had on Saturday mornings!I don't remember that channel to be honest. I do remember Cardcaptor Sakura being on CITV, though I never watched it!
When I was younger I tuned into CITV for one thing - Sooty and Co

Samurai Jack was great, still need to watch the new season. It was so stupid, but in a goofy funny way XD The animation got me - "squigglevision" XD Just unlike anything I'd seen.
Does anyone remember Samurai Jack? I loved that show - the animation and cinematography were stunning, and somehow it worked with very little dialogue...
I also started with DBZ adverts haha, it's weird how those little things stick with you, who'd have thought that old ass adverts would have me nostalgic, not just toy adverts or ones for cartoons but even ones for the most random and uninteresting things imaginable, you know now that I think about it cereal ads are the most memorable! I spent so much time in front of the TV as a kid I guess seeing those ads just takes me back, I've lived in so many different houses, so much has changed. Seeing the date that the commercials aired is weird too, some things were a lot later than I remembered.I watched old DBZ adverts and came across old CN one's like you said just general. Maaaaan they brought back some memories, like seeing BT with ET.
Life was so kushty back then, the only worry in life was if you were gonna miss the next DBZ episode (Once my mom went shopping and said we'll be back for DBZ and mothers being mothers that never happened and we were in a shop I saw the time it was like well past 5 and I was on the verge of tears hahahaha I still remember that! It was the episode where Freeza went to his final form, remember everyone at school going nuts over it the next day and me like /: I literally would have made a scene if it was the episode Goku went SS that I was missing haha)

You know, a week ago I was actually looking at old argos catalogues from the 90's, man this all sounds so lame and I clearly have way too much time on my hands but looking at them just brought back memories, I guess it was also fun to see the prices of things I wanted back in the days too but even randomly flicking through the pages and noticing a clock we used to have brought back memories! People are so weird!
Yeah they actually got away with having blood this time around.I heard there's a new season; apparently a bit more gritty and gorey and stuff...

I spent so much time as a kid looking through them, I liked drawing when I was younger so it was a good way to draw things I guess, not having the internet and all that! That and I'd record cartoons on VHS and pause through them and sit there and draw from the TV, I mean how else was I supposed to get goku's super saiyan hair right?!I loved looking though Argos catalogues - thought it was just me XD

I actually had a vhs tape break once due to a player fault. My poor copy of Looney Tunes: Back in Action went nuts at a certain point each time I watched it afterwardsLiterally what I used to do XD I'm not alone! I was always worried I'd bust the VHS player or something from constantly pausing and rewinding!
Same! Now this was when I was a lot younger and I'm honestly not sure if this actually happened or if it was a dream (nightmare?) but I remember when I was really young having a friend over and wanting to watch something on vhs and so I grabbed the tape (and unaware that the glass door was closed) I just smashed the whole thing trying to put the tape in, I still think about it to this dayLiterally what I used to do XD I'm not alone! I was always worried I'd bust the VHS player or something from constantly pausing and rewinding!

Duuuuuuuuuude, I was literally thinking about old argos catalogues the other day! Walking past the high street and saw an argos and got me thinking! Also walked past where the old woolworths used to be (no one still ain't open up shop there), man! High street on a Saturday used to be amazing as a kid. I remember going to West Brom high street almost everyweek with my pops, eating warm jacket potatoe for lunch ahhhhhhh!I also started with DBZ adverts haha, it's weird how those little things stick with you, who'd have thought that old ass adverts would have me nostalgic, not just toy adverts or ones for cartoons but even ones for the most random and uninteresting things imaginable, you know now that I think about it cereal ads are the most memorable!
