Hey Dave, glad you're well :)

I'm good thanks dude. Been chilling for most of the day to be honest. I was going to go out for a walk earlier but it started raining and hasn't stopped XD

Enjoy those days off work. What is it you do?
Arghh it's good to relax ;). Im only a warehouse operative but hey it's the work I want to do and it's easy and to be fair the money ain't too bad either :)

@~AyaMachi~ You're getting involved more than most new starters in this place, and it's appreciated. Again, welcome and...well...yeah cool and stuff.

Hey, many thanks dude :)

To be fair in only the few days I've been here I feel very welcome; everyone's been really nice and engaging to talk with. I don't have any friends to speak of right now, and life's been rather tough, so I took a punt and thought I could connect with some like-minded folk; more than glad I did, it's a lovely little community :)

Don't know why you didn't start J-rod! Never mind you have Chelsea next week, the way we're playing at the moment I wouldn't be surprised if you beat us.

Although we do have a striker that knows the Prem now and won't fall over all the time!
Pardew "rested" him... But played him on the pointless Man City away game... What logic.

Damn man that Watford game... Unfortunately for us I cannot see Chelsea losing 3 in a row though.

Also Deeney gets away with blatant middle finger yet J Rod gets charged for saying a player has a stinky breath... FA as always consistent.

Nah, I don't understand the logic of some people. But I've got to the stage where I'm past caring what people think as well. I mean you only get one shot at life, you might as well enjoy it :) I digress but it's always a shame when people are told to "grow up" when they love cartoons, for instance. The thing is, adults are making those cartoons, so do they have to grow up as well? To me animation is a form of art, and anyone any age can appreciate it :)
This is very true...anime= cartoons to most people but some anime is pure class and well put together ...so much more than just a cartoon....I hear what your saying about what people think...unused to be bad for trying to prove myself to make myself better and other people feel better but now it's like ...yeh I can't really be arsed about it now and just live life as it is dang I've even started having people smile at me recently because I'm wholloping out music while it's playing on the radio at work ....I'm.enjoying myself more

Nah there's no need to have it either ;) I'm 29 people think I'm. 15 because I look it...people think that's a shame...? Why?
Funnily enough on Saturday at the Albion game queued up as usual before the gates when it was my turn to get searched before scanning tickets the steward paused for 5 seconds, asked me my age I told him 23 and he stepped back whoa then proceeded to search me and said congratulations you look young for age and said I should be happy and I was like cool thanks mate lol. I have no facial hair and can't grow any to save my life and weigh 7.5 stones and have done for 10 years yup I have stayed the same weight for a decade! Looking younger should be a compliment towards someone, so you look 15 Dave? Good for you!

I can go on to a whole tangent on this and what society and people deem should childish/grown up. Quick example a few years ago at Uni I brought my GBA SP in to play form LeafGreen I whipped it out in the Library and my friends were like don't play that it is "embarrassing" and I am like what, why? 90% of people in the library we don't and even if we did what would be embarrassing about it? People can freely watch stupid YT on their phones but the moment I play on my gameboy it is an issue? I have never given a crap what people think or the potentiality of what people might think, I do me, so you like me for who I am and not for who you think I am. That is motto I live by. Back in Primary School I got bullied 3 times and all 3 times after being told off the bullies eventually became my friend, why? Cuz they realised once they got to know me I wasn't this scrawny kid they thought I was but actually shared the same interests has them and was good company.

If I may chime in here...

My introduction on my profile on the website MyAnimeList reads:

What do you mean I'm "too old to be watching cartoons"?

;)

You won't take my anime away from me!

Haha, yeah, I noticed that when I had a nose, I like it :D

What in the actual f***?!

What kind of a*sehole does that?

Oh he was a grade A douche, luckily it didn't actually go up in flames, but it started smoking and it was pretty badly singed (had to get it cut). He was an idiot; always getting suspended for something or other. I hated high-school with a burning passion that just can't be expressed here in an effective way...

I often wonder why some children act like utter idiots, then you see the parents and realise why - this guy's Mother was totally non-plussed by what happened. I get that life happens sometimes, and children become affected by serious life events, but there's no excuse for sh***y and lazy parenting - you chose to have children, you have a duty to bring them up as civil members of society at the very least!

Yup, this.

Couldn't agree more.

But what... the... f***. What kind of guy sets a girl's hair on fire? I despair. I really do.

I know, right? I really don't know what posesses some people. Be an idiot if you must, but don't set people's hair on fire!
