The Anime/Manga I Bought Today Was...

After watching all six episodes (released) of Hellsing Ultimate thus far yesterday, I decided to pay £17 for the final steelbook (three) I need to complete my 1-4 Geneon set. It'll be worth it, if only for the option of watching 1-4 in English.

I also finally got around to ordering like nine more volumes of the Naruto manga for around £3.99 each, leaving me only one volume short of owning 1-45. I needed some motivation to build up the Argos unit I've had in a box for months. :|
 
Bought on tuesday:

Anime:
Darker Than Black volume 3 & 4
Berserk Volume 6 - finally!, however after trying it on VLC player yesterday, the disk looked faulty, gonna try it tonight and if it doesn't work, take it back tomorrow.

Manga:
Hellsing Volume 7
Negima 21-22

Is there something going on as a whole with Play outside of the UK. I have about £150 worth of stuff awaiting stock on PlayUSA (all bits pre-ordered). I know some of it may just not have been released when it should have been but still. PlayUSA also seem to be more and more often not having certain things or missing out volumes of things.

Play-Asia aren't actually related to Play.com or PlayUSA, afaik. I have noticed similar things with PlayUSA from time to time, though, which is why I've never quite moved over to using them much.

Picked up my first Beez DVD, and it certainly won't be my last. Really nice quality (I love the image on the inside of the box too). The second volume of the Lucky Star manga finally arrived aswell. Pretty slow month for me Anime / Manga wise :( Spending too much on videogames and Christmas presents >_<.
 
I received Orguss 02 through the Post today. This means that My playtrade order has arrived before my Play.com one. Somewhat surprising, I found.

The last anime DVD I bought was Orguss 02 for £1 from the Manga Entertainment bargain bin at the London MCM Expo, I still need to get around to watching it though. I've also been buying various video game doujinshis from eBay, including Final Fantasy VII and Street Fighter.[/b]

i know this anime/manga for a long time...
but i skip some episodes...
so i have to buy one to watch the episode i skip...
also they say that the story is a bit different from manga...
so i have to have a manga copy too...

The most recent purchase was the latest copy of Skip Beat! Volume nineteen.

I am in weighing up the options regarding what anime to buy, I need to complete the Black Lagoon series, although I wouldn't mind picking up the Hellsing series, choices choices.

You villain! I planned to pick it up at the Expo for £1 as well. By the time I had finally decided upon the purchases I wished to make however, the bargain bin had been demoted to a standard bin. 'Twas devoid of any bargains by such a point.
