When you ordered from discountanimedvd, did you order each item individually, or everything together? (then paying the £8 customs.. if that's correct).

If i recall correctly i didn't pay any customs charges. If you are thinking of buying from them i done a mini review you can find here.

But as Mcicy said in that thread, sometimes they do stock dodgey dvds. I was just careful with what i bought, cracking if you get some dvds in thier sale prices though. But if it's something that i want to have and not worry about bootlegs or whether or not my item will turn up i use Up1.

Hmm, that's quite interesting actually.. I'm thinking you just slipped by customs though because that is a big order..

I got several thigns at the expo.

Manga: a couple of sweetdrop studio manga's, negima vol 8, love hina 3, battle vixens 3, genshiken 2 and school rumble 3. and for anime i got Coyote Ragtime show 1, GitS 2 Innocence and SAC 2nd Gig vol 1 and 2 (they had no box sets left).
 
Noodle Fighter Miki dvd boxset turned up yesterday :D

Arrived Yesterday, On My Birthday. I Basically Bought Myself a birthday present, cause everyone else wouldn't/didn't bother

Its the only present I got, But Girlfriend mentioned giving me hers next time I'm Round at hers
 
i got 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' vol 1 special limited edition !
i have heard good things about this show, so now looks like i can see what the hype is about.

i will post pics of this set later on in the day.
