@Ryukai, there are actually some studies that seem to indicate that children raised by a lesbian couple do better than those raised by a straight couple, so the issue of "who's better" that you raised doesn't have as obvious an answer as you might think.

There are many more heterosexual couples than gay ones, so stastiscally speaking, the gay couples wouldn't generally raise 'better' offspring than the former.
