Professor Layton Anime film coming to the uk

MANGA on their UK twitter site have announced they going to release the Anime Movie adaptation of the popular DS game series: Professor Layton. The Movie is called Professor Layton & The Eternal Diva and will be released both on DVD/BD sometime in September.

Awesome. ^_^ So pleased Layton managed to become the huge franchise it has, it's a great example of how you can make an ostensibly simply DS game into something good by putting in actual effort.
 
Hmmm, no american license has been announced so I wonder if this will be a sub only affair? I would love for the original VA cast from the games to come in and perform the dub, but whether Manga could jusitfy the cost of performing this process themselves much like they did with Innocence.
 
Well my mother has one of the games. I think the latest one. Though when I look at it it seems only natural for it to be adopted to a film

There's very good chance of it getting a English DUB as looking through MANGA UK twitter. They mention they are not too keen in releasing sub only releases. As they seem not to make as much money on sub only than dub releases.
