Post a photo of your entire anime collection!

Great start! Each one of those series is amazing and it's a diverse little mix you have. Good taste and I'm sure you'll find many more series to love :)

Here's mine. It's very small, but it will grow with time.

It may be a small DVD collection, but it's YOUR collection.

you have some great titles there, and the only thing that matters is that you enjoy what you buy. 8)

Ive now reached the stage I need to rearrange my room to fit in another bookcase for it all. When I get that done ill take a new set of pictures as I have quite a lot more than last time...

Sorry about the slightly skewed photo angle of some of these. Lots of things in storage at the moment so missing from these pictures but I had time to spare so felt like uploading some.

These last ones had to be moved from their usual place as the titles aren't visible otherwise.

Can you actually read Japanese or are they just for show?

I'm gradually teaching myself to read Japanese, and using manga/light novels as both a learning method and a motivation to do so.

I can generally follow series with furigana without having to look stuff up very often, but things without are still very much slow progress at present (Morita-san wa Mukuchi being an exception to this latter point on account of it being such basic language for the most part).
I've yet to get more than a few pages into a Japanese language light novel, but all in good time.

About other random stuff:
- The 4 random manga volumes on top of Tasogare/Morita-san were things I picked up in the 5 for a pound deal at forbidden planet's stand at last year's MCM expo.
- Medaka Box volume 1 is in storage, while the later volumes are not. Iris Zero volume 1, on the other hand, is currently under my bed.
- Yes, the Tsubasa volumes are all upside-down. Some of them are ex-library books, which is why they have that sticker on them.
- Any anime series that have volumes missing means that I don't own those volumes. I did at one point have all volumes of FMP, but some of them turned out to be from the US so I took them back to the shop. I don't own any US DVDs/Blu-rays and have no intention of changing that - if I'm going to import something, I'll import from Japan, not America.
