Your video makes me wish I lived with my parents. Imagine how much more crap I could buy. I throw away almost £900 a month in rent, and that's before I even pay any tax or bills :(

Impressive stuff, best watch out I don't come steal the series I'm, missing :p

Wow animefreak17 thats a HUGE collection. You must not have gotten rid of any anime dvds ever. Very, very nice.

As for mine, heres two pics of the new cabinets I got for my dvds. I got these instead of normal shelves just to be able to shut them and keep the dust out. Seriously, I need to dust everything upstairs every day, but downstairs maybe just once a month. It's weird :?

Close-up pictures are still on page 34 of this thread. Theres not enough new stuff since then to redo them yet, although I do have over a dozen preorders for the rest of the year.

5 i too have loads of pre-orders for the rest of the year from HMV, im pre - ordering this monday bleach 9 parson 4 and gyo then il of ordered all the pre ordered dvds from HMV

and 6 thats a nice lil collection youv got

2 I used to sell some back when shelf space was limited to about 2 shelves, don't anymore. It was always a tough choice which ones should go.
3 i suppose by self-assembly standards... a complete pain in the posterior to build though.
4 not sure what to write here :lol:
5 last year all my preorders were with hmv but this year the prices have gone up a lot, even taking the vat loophole into account. I mostly use Sainsburys this year.
6 you have fine taste. 8)
 
I currently use 2 book cases and 3 metal rack things. I've ran out of room in my room, so I'm thinking of getting a unit of some kind to put in the hall outside my room.
 
I just have bookcases in every room in my flat. Well every room except the bathroom. I still want to photograph my collection but it's still split between 3 places. If I could drive I'd go pick it all up and move it to my london flat...

On the subject of getting rid of anime, I must have sold about 50 series by now and I regret selling every single one. Even the bad series like Final Fantsy Unlimited, DNAngel and Star Ocean EX had really cool artboxes :(
 
Having painted my room at the weekend I finally got around to finalising the re-arranging of all my stuff. Decided to move my anime collection from my bookshelf, as I was just piling it top to ridiculous amounts, to the wardrobe I previously kept my computer in.

Wow, AF your collection is pretty bonkers in it's size. Nice one. But then, judging by the insatiable rate at which you seem to consume and review anime on this site, I should have expected no less ;)

Regardless of living with your parents you could, err, just move somewhere cheaper? ^^;
