So I got my copy of Kids on the Slope. With a loose disc.
It's completely undamaged but came close to falling out onto the floor when I opened the case. It wasn't rattling around inside, so it must have gotten wedged.
That's the unhinged spirit of jazz, surely! So I got my copy of Kids on the Slope. With a loose disc.
Again!!?? You're not lucky at all about loose discs...
I'm pretty sure I've seen you complaing before about loose discs... If not, sorry, it was someone else.

Yorkshire, New Orleans... It's all the same to me, baby.
It's the same with the novels for SAO, Accel World, Log Horizon...↑
The irony is that Serial Experiments Lain is only legally available via physical media.
It is region-locked in the Wired.
Yet SAO and Accel World are available as ebooks in non English speaking territories. It's the same with the novels for SAO, Accel World, Log Horizon...
Damn that's frustrating.Got my copy of Lain. I'm a little bummed that anime-on-line sent it in a weird cardboard envelope and a corner of the art case got dented
Damn that's frustrating.
One of my Anime Limited collector's editions was sent in one of those corrugated packets as well, but that arrived just fine.
I hope you enjoy Lain (if you haven't already seen it). It's one of my personal favourites; it's just so unique.
It's an unusual style of package all right. The first time I saw it, I thought ?It's the first time for me that anime-on-line shipped something with a weird envelope.

Can you remember if that corner of the envelope was crushed at all? Maybe the box was already dented before dispatch?
Still frustrating, though. This is a bit-off topic, I know, but another of my Anime Limited collector's editions arrived with a dented corner. All the bubbles in that corner of the bubble mailer were burst. My second copy still has a little dent but nothing too bad.
