I think they said on twitter a while back that they don't do store credit /credit notes anymore, so you should just get a refund.

However; I’m a CE/LE/SE junkie and have the CE from when that was on offer (a ‘booklet’ at almost 300 pages!) - and just because they didn’t include a dvd version in the CE; I got that from their earlier DVD sale for good measure.

Just bear in mind each volume of Granblue fantasy is only 7 episodes so its not the longest (volume 2 I think is just 5 episodes and 2 OVAs).
But I'm not sure your gonna find it much cheaper than this (If I didn't already have them I would be getting them)
