Minor News Round Up from BEEZ Twitter Part 1

This is 1st of a round up off all other minor news not yet reported from BEEZ UK from their twitter feed. While there are no real surprises or major news stories worthy of separate topic, there still some interested info and maybe some of your questions maybe answered.

BEEZ are hopeful that Durarara!! will be getting a special edition release.

They are considering releasing Gurren Lagann into a DVD box set form.

The 6 unannounced Anime that BEEZ has mentioned before, most of them will have English DUBS.

BEEZ are asking the fans if they want previous only Blu-Ray release of FREEDOM to make the Jump to DVD.

Gundam Unicorn is not licensed by BEEZ but they are only distributing the title.

I already have the first volumes of Gurren and Geass (for free, won in a contest!), but if they were released in thickpack sets, I want them :3

I'll definitely buy Durarara special edition and all, but I've only double dipped for Cowboy Bebop, Haruhi and Eva. Actually, that's quite a few times, if you think a little bit...
 
Durarara's a show I'll definitely fork out for - but not right away.

I simply can't grab all the stuff I'm after as soon as it comes out - still haven't nabbed Gunparade March yet - but I'll be grabbing it sometime. I wonder if Beez are looking for an instant success with this or if they're happy to take the long view.

Way I see it is, there's absolutely no reason why subs-only anime shouldn't be viable in the West. But I seriously doubt it would be a success story that's quick to happen.

Fingers crossed, I love Beez special edition releases. I love my Wolf's Rain definitive edition set :]
