They've also got a show called Strait Jacket as well. (it's deliberately misspelled, whether it's the same as the title or not is something else entirely! :lol: )

Looks pretty shiny and violent so I'm interested!

I think they're supposed to be floating around Death Note and One Piece but nothing for certain yet.

Yeah, I know all that; I'm just very interested in finding out what circumstances brought that about.
 
manga on anime central

It is great to have someone on the inside of manga replying to the many,many fans out there, and having read most of the posted messages
i have only one thought, is manga going to show new or never seen anime on uk tv i.e. Anime Central ? :D

As I understand it, Manga do not show anime on TV themselves. Bleach was licenced from Viz Media BV and Bandai owned the TV rights to Ghost in the Shell by a strange twist of fate.
 
One question that has recently come up is with regards to the licence of MAR (if it is indeed a Manga licence).

How will Viz's current hiatus of the DVDs affect a potential Manga release? Will you be able to release episodes beyond those that Viz have not yet released or will it (potentially) be stalled by the hiatus?
 
i'd like to enquire about the release of the Megaman NT warrior series.

Considering Manga have and will be releasing uncut dual langiage versions of Naruto, Bleach and death note, can we expect similar treatment for megaman, or will we get the heavily edited, episode missing, order buggered, english language only US run?

well someone is. Play listed it at the same time as Death Note and MAr, and considering it is accepted that both those are manga titles, then it is safe to assume it is probably manga.

Well the latest mangazette email came today and it does confimr the death note license; but nothing other than that and the fact that amazon and play jumped the gun and that they will announce dates soon.

They feature the US cover of Death Note V1, and it says nothing of season 1 part 1 or anything to that extent, but hopefully that's because they havent finalised any cover.
