while that url leads to an access denied message. Pasting it into Googlereveals the headline,
They've obviously expunged whatever that was from the internet very well. I just get some dude's YouChube channel, a discussion from last march about Toei plagiarising music and something in German. Care to enlighten us?

Dragon Ball Z for the 1st time in DVD in the UK!

WEDNESDAY 14TH MARCH 2012

Manga Entertainment has acquired the licensing rights to release, for the 1st time, the Dragon Ball Z series in DVD (291 episodes of 26') in the United Kingdom.

The new licensee is planning to release the 1st of the 9 boxes this summer and to support the launch with a complete cross-media promotion campaign.

in case the text is too small.

I work with Drupal in a professional capacity (And unless there's some other CMS that uses "Node" spcifically, Toei's site is powered by Drupal) I know what happened here is their internet dood put that article up, forgot to set it to "Unpublished" and probably had to unpublish it before being shown the door.

Worst Kept Secret is right, given they freaking well published adverts in, what was it now? October or something?

I wonder if "Cross Media" means a TV airing? Probably not, we are the country that somehow managed to screw Inazuma Eleven up, but it's nice to dream, I guess.

IIRC the ads weren't in the printed booklets though? Isn't it more the fault of someone elsewhere putting the wrong version of the booklet online after Manga had to pull the ad for whatever reason?
