edit: Seems they have this (Crunchyroll Adds Both Seasons of "Code Geass" and "Slayers Revolution" to Anime Catalog!) in the news section on the site that does state just US & Canada. Pretty pathetic this wasn't caught earlier by them.

I found out whether it's region locked by going onto the show page. I knew we wouldn't get it as Funimation only have US & Canada rights from their Sunrise rescue deal back in 2013.
