The problem isn't just that they release upscales - it's how bad their upscales are.

Wasn't the original Dominion Tank Police with CPM when they went under? That's an OVA that NEEDS to be kept around.

I agree.

Unfortunately there's about as much chance of Legend of the Galactic Heroes being licensed as Patlabor being rescued and re-dubbed.
