But yeah, Archers idenity does explain loads.. and apparently after just looking the manga focuses on Unlimited Blade Works scenario of the game, so it probably explains it fully in them.

that's true, i've got the first two vols of the manga though, but so far its stuck to the plot of the anime, i'm guessing more non-anime plot will start to appear possibly after Rider bites the dust

Well I'm going to wait until everything I've ordered comes first and then but them or I'll lose track of what I've ordered.. But probably going to get them this month..

The third is out in may i think, i need to double check that actually. I was expecting it to deviate more in the same way that the Tsukihime manga is different then the anime.
 
lol okay.. maybe that's a slight error.. but anyway.. I'll ordered them as they decide to come available in whatever order they decide.

I hope it explains Archer in more detail though.. pretty much read everything about it already but I just want to see how it explains it itself..
 
Well I know about how Archer came to be and a bit about Gilgamesh..

The Jewel used to summon Archer and to save Shiro when he's dying creates a time loop, and when Rin used it to summon A Saber class it summoned him instead.

If he wanted to Go back and kill himself why did he change his mind knowing the outcome.. and surely his presence there would of change the future anyway..

As I seem to recall he changes his mind about killing his past self because Emiya gave up on his ideals (The ones that made archer the man he was) in order to save Sakuras life. Kinda depends on which path you go through on game but i'm sure there are other reasons. Dying might not of helped his cause either :p

Surely you can't kill yourself though.. it would create a grandfather paradox, because if you never existed how can you live to kill yourself :p

Well let's be honest...It wasn't the smartest of plans now was it. Still what That Man said i've heard as well...It only makes me want to play through that scenario more...Grr plus i want to play the other Fate/Stay games like the one were Saber becomes corrupted and evil

I wanted to get the games as well but couldn't see anywhere to get them from.. I know they're Japanese and you need to patch them..

ohh no spoilers in this posts.. erm.. Raider's cool.. not really a spoiler.. more of a fact.
