I know that's what i thought, they've kept it quiet and worked bloody hard if the rumours are true. Yet knowing Bungie they like to let their audience wait and tease them for months on end so this is unlike them to plan a release so close to the announcement.

Fans are agueing over it being number 4 or 3.5 featuring the marines and no chief. Either i'd be happy to play and wait for the one day return of the chief. I knda wanted to see Bungie tackle something new though but hey i can't complain can I.

Apparently Bungie are making another Halo game :roll: The staff there must be bored now...

I know, i love Halo to bits but i'd like to see Bungie do something new whilst at the same time eager for more Halo goodness.

If rumours are true and it's due for November then XBOX has so owned the christmas market.

Actually that's been done by a different studio, the folks who did Age of Empires if i'm remembering correctly. This one if rumours are true is a squad based shooter, people are already calling it Halo 3.5

There is a Halo Wars by Ensemble Studios, but that's not the one i'm on about, this one has only just come to light over the last few weeks and Bungie was going to make an official announcement at E3 but their publisher pulled the announcement.
