I'm unemployed long term due to disability and heath issues... it's a sword with many edges, some of which are nice happy edges of the type that would carve beautiful objects out of wood, or chop up vegetables to make tasty nutritious salads with mozzarella or feta cheese, and some of which are mean cruel edges that cut at your self-esteem or accidentally trim your hair all wrong just before picture day like what happened to Yui in that episode of K-On!... why, this metaphorical sword might even have 17,725 edges, if such a thing were possible

I wish I had a job that paid me £17,723 per year.

Or a job at all.

Thankfully I'm back to work full-time now after being off for 6 months of disability due to pancreatic cancer and chemotherapy. Hmm, if you took £17,726 and tripled it, that would still be a bit short of my yearly salary as an IT Systems Administrator.

I'm glad you're back at it @Girls with Guns ! That sounds like a pretty complicated job, but I'm sure it's interesting!

I've completed about 17,727 job applications this year, but still no luck
