Interesting you should say that, Ryuunosuke from UY is widely regarded as the inspiration for Ranma.

I prefer Ryuu-chan though, she stays female. ;)

It's the whole point of her character, really. Her father wanted a boy and so forcibly raised her as one. He is utterly insane. Ryuu wants to be more ladylike but can't manage it because of her upbringing - her catch phrase "Ore wa ONNA da!" translates into "I'm a WOMAN!" but in Japanese no woman would ever use "Ore" to refer to themselves, it's a strictly masculine word. :lol:

13586 logic dictates that you should just start watching two shows at the same time on two monitors :p

195 eps though, wow that would take a while to get through, it took me two-three weeks to clear the 49 ep GaoGaiGar series :eek:

Only got the one monitor (attached to my laptop) now I've moved out of home sadly :(

Perhaps they should just do a new series "All Takahashi Ultimate Crossover" with the characters of UY and Ranma living in Maison Ikkoku. :lol:

I'd like to see SD Gundam (the parody ones that is, the one that actually tried to have a plot sounds a bit naff) at some point, it sounds like it would be pretty funny. Maybe after I've finished Victory... :p

We've certainly all got a lot to watch after talking today! :lol:
 
13593 the ones i've seen went up to Char's Counterattack in terms of who was is in it. I would heartily recommend them, i now want to see the one where its Wacky Races style :p yeah and SD Gundam Force did sound and look a bit crap.
