True, so True Black. People get scared and try to sell and people can't sell end up renting out at stupped prices. It's all madness I tell you!!

The media definately hype it up. What's really died is the buy to let market which was driving buying prices up, but keeping rents down because of competition. Now all the landlords want to sell the houses off quickly for the best price they can before the market crashes - but no-one's buying 'em. When the market does go I don't know what the outcome will be but I bet at least a lot of the unsold ones will go back up for rent again, as it will probably be the only way the owners can make money out of them.

Anyway, enough of the doom and gloom. You watched them Gundam films yet Voddas? How about you and Patlabor Black?

thats a mick take :(

usually facial hair is blonde.....just went to the toilets and looked in the mirror, out of nowhere i have brown facial hair thats about 1.5cm's long. where the hell they've come from i have no idea but its there.....damn :( can't get away from it now...
usually wait ages for my facial hair to grow a certain length then i shave it off....but now i won't be able to get away with it if its visible :( why now :(

I've started on Gundam 00 (episodes 1-4). Also started watching the first Gundam movie but I was knackered and fell asleep. I need to start it again.
