Kakashi is good, but he's not that brilliant, read the latest chapters though and Kakashi "may" only be a bit better, but even then, Zoro is far far better, maybe you should read every chapter then try saying Kakashi is better =p
As for other battles, i'm glad to see a brilliant character bake it through to the finals(Casca), just a shame Guts wasn't in this as well, would've been cool to see him in the other final as well, Kurz is good enough though.

Characters in the final that deserve to be in the final? This is unheard of in any anime character popularity poll ever made.
