Best Anime Intro Ever?

Did it got released to the end? I've being willing to buy this, but it seems they only released it up to V12
Did it got? lol, and no, it didn't. VIZ being VIZ one day released that Hikaru no Go wasn't actually Naruto, and low and behold, cancelled it about 10 episodes before the end. The ending fits the story very well, though. Its nice to see a JUMP anime actually come to a end, without any filler, anywhere.

Sure it isn't some obscure choice, but Cruel angel's thesis (NGE) is my favourite ending.

Bottle fairy has an opening likely to give you diabetes, and it's really catchy. I like that one too :p

pardon for me broken engrish. I flee school, ya know? ;) Past tense questions always confuses me. In portuguese or spanish you ALWAYS change the verb according to tense, unfortunately, I get them wrong sometimes.
Anyway, did you mean realized ;D

ZZ Gundam's first opening is probably the most sincere opening ever created. It sets the mood for what follows, even if what follows is essentially utterly unwatchable. Not the opening though, which is pure kitsch quality.

If you grind the 80's into a fine powder and leave it to set on film, L-Gaim happens.

Also: I've never understood the insistence that old threads be dredged up from the never-regions of the forum instead of creating new ones. The search feature should be encouraged if you want to ask a closed question, with a simple answer that doesn't change with the addition of new members and changes in member opinion. If you're creating a topic for something more fluid, forcing newcomers to trudge through several pages of answers to realise there's nothing worth saying slows down an already slow forum. Plus it simply pisses me off when I get email notifications for a topic I wanted to talk about a year ago :p

So your encouraging new threads instead of old ones being dug up and buried again. woo

I like the Gundam ZZ opening!

I still Love the 1st GitS movie opening, its actually, in a sense, haunting? or is that just me :?:

personally i think this blows away all competition

Oh and spoiler warning, this is definatly a spoiler to everyone as the Episode isn't even out till tonight, but if your not watching Macross Frontier, you'll be fine

You ain't gonna like my Double Zeta review.

It is a good OP. I've never found myself singing along to a theme tune so much since the first Patlabor ED:

I still say this is the best opening ever. :p

'SHOW ME THE WAY TO YOU (Heavy Metal)
LEAD ME NOW WHERE YOU ARE (Heavy Metal)'

There's never been a full set of proper subs for L-Gaim, has there?

I'm surprised by how many really enjoyable intros I can think of unprompted - GitS:SAC has had some great ones and I'm partial to a bit of Reckless Fire, for instance - but I think my current favourite is the Kaiji intro, which isn't very well-represented on YouTube (I'm not sure I can find a version with perfect sound timing). It's shorter than usual, an aural slap in the face matched to visuals which have the main character physically punching and kicking the screen from shot to shot. And it has manly shouting.

I see your GaoGaiGar OP and raise you these two.

GaoGaiGar Final OP

The Gao-Gai-Gar opening is great.

And now I give you the opening that got me interested in the show:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5cMO96Zuuuc&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5cMO96Zuuuc&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

It'll only be another year before I actually do get to watch it though.
