Best Anime Intro Ever?

think my personal favorite would have to be Wolf's rain's Stray

I will have to think as I tend to only watch intros and outros once or twice then skip them for the rest of the series. Although I did probably watch the GiTS ones more than I skipped them as I loved the music.

Before I ever saw the opening video I heard the song and immediately went out and bought an Onmyouza album. Great stuff :)

I nominate Rozen Maiden's first OP too. Very well suited to the animation and a cool song.

Also obligatory Slayers Next and Saber Marionette J mentions for being so darn exciting.

Series I would say Escaflowne, I just think the combo of the song and the visuals is brilliant.

Film wise, i'm not so sure. Totoro's is crazy fun, but I rather like Metropolis' more.

I agree with the sait seyia and tenjho tenge, but the rest is, mm, vintage I'd say (well, saint seyia is vintage as well. :)

Also, Ryo-Chan, without Isao Sasaki singing I suppose it would, but since it has his voice it's just epic.

Did it got released to the end? I've being willing to buy this, but it seems they only released it up to V12

Technically an ending, but I count it as the opening to episode 2 (it's Dragon Half).
