Anime on Demand Autumn 2011 Line Up

Having watched the two trailers Genkina Hito put on the front page, Un-Go looks like it could be some good, fun stuff from Bones.

However Mirai Nikki's trailer did absolutely nothing at all for me.

Mods, remove the thread we just need the front page. Unless people like the videos 8) but Joshawott already has a thread started.

Thanks - merged them this way (so the comments link on your article lands in the right place for the discussion).

Will be watching both and post my thoughts on my next AoD article.

Much like last season, the first two are solid licenses, hoping that the next ones are the same!

Anime on Demand have announced that bboth Un-Go and Mirai Nikki are the first two titles in their Autumn line-up, with at least here more to be announced over the next week...
Added the videos to the first post just for ease of things.

I have to agree with Vashdaman and Rui - Un-Go looks like a must-watch, Mirai Nikki looks... unexceptional. It could be good but I'll wait for a few weeks and see what the blogging community say.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww yeah!!

Anime on Demand stream Persona 4 to the UK this autumn

It isn't just Crunchyroll that's been busy with the license announcements, as today has seen Anime on Demand add another tally to their streaming total for the autumn.

The series? The AIC-produced anime adaptation of Persona 4, which probably requires no introduction... but we'll give you one anyway courtesy of the Anime on Demand press release.

When Yu Narukamiʼs family moves to the rural country town of Inaba, heʼs expecting a lot more peace and quiet than heʼs been used to in the big city. Instead, the peace has been shattered as a rash of mysterious murders and kidnappings sweep the countryside. With the police stymied, Yu finds himself joining with a group of eight other teenagers in a desperate bid to solve the mystery. A mystery that is somehow connected to both the local weather patterns and a strange video game world which Yu, his friends and the enigmatic killer can all enter. Journey beyond the Velvet Room as the hit PlayStation 2™ game becomes a spectacular anime in Persona 4 The Animation!

Streaming of this series will begin very soon, with episodes airing every Friday from that point forth - for now though, you can read more on the Anime on Demand web site.

Why did the title of this thread go back to the not-so-useful version? Something to do with the merge?

No idea, but have tried retitling it now.

R (I was too busy with Nagato to be merging)

It was my merge. I basically just didn't re-title it, otherwise it would have probably been better.(Was basically trying to tidy it up so we had all crunchy and all AoD announcements together, still to get to the CR ones.

Aha, I see. Not really your fault, it would make more sense if it took the title of the "main" thread, rather than the one that was merged into it, anyway.
