Anime on Demand Autumn 2011 Line Up

Persona 4 might just be the push I need to finally subscribe. I did enjoy the game's plot and it'd be interesting to see how well it stands in isolation, without the gameplay.

It's kind of annoying that the shows I'd like to watch are split between AOD and Crunchyroll (assuming I'd be able to keep up with that many currently airing series anyway).

The main reaion I didn't blag a pass for Tiger and Bunny was it took a few episodes to know it was worth it.
In retrospect, I knida wish I could retrospectively do so, but I digress.

It's going to happen, once something is cleared by the AOD doods about the £10 pass, for P4.

On one hand, cool, that makes sense.

On the other hand, I was on the verge of dropping Maken-Ki!. ^^; Oh well, this makes it easier to keep watching, I guess.

Ooh I hadn't bothered watching that yet but I'll go out of my way to watch it now just to prove there's an audience (of one) here :D

Yeah, I never watched it there (I was late to the party with Junjou Romantica and then it felt like effort) but if I can convince the UK distributors that the UK has a massive BL fanbase, score. I also just want more shows on each platform instead of the current fragmented situation, so if this means less exclusivity then may the best streaming offering win.

Though I'm hoping Nozomi will pick the show up for DVD at some point which doesn't always bode well for a UK-friendly version. I know Manga's opinion on the matter already, but what would Kaze's take be on sub-only, I wonder, since Manga do the distribution?

....OK I'm just gonna pretend that by "BL" you mean "Brilliantly conceptualized and Lavishly crafted" anime.....and yes I would agree.

I'm going to pretend that by glossing over what you know I actually meant, you're implying that the show in question is so high quality that it transcends genre and can be enjoyed by anyone. Rather than that you think they shouldn't be showing BL here at all :)
