It was the latter.The steelbook does not include a corrected disc! Either the wrong disc was sent to the replicator, or the reviewer made a mistake.

Seeing as AL are responsible for the theatrical screenings of Angel's Egg, has there been any mentioned about whether there are any plans for a physical release?
I believe the film has recently seen a blu ray in Australia, but I've heard no word either here or America following from their screenings. I do recall mention in the past that acquiring the license would prove difficult, but I'm not sure if that involved creator demands, unclear rights, or if that In the Aftermath film created a legal headache?
Anyone know if AL have been asked about the situation?

Great to hear. I thought I had heard rumblings about it, but a quick search didn't find any press announcement so I assumed I imagined the whole thing. Wouldn't be the first time.
Just to double-confirm, yep, it's definitely happening! It's in the works currently.
