UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

A couple of titles within the sale (one in the collectors' edition section plus one within the BOGOF area), I will wait until later in the year as no doubt both will pop up in the Winter sale event

I took too long shopping/deciding and usage limit has been reach for the 30% code.

The code was:
SUNDAY

Karakuri circus and Blue giant are the 2 i found from old events and mislead me for a while

So when are we going to get some news on Blood the last vampire 4k and blood+?

Blood the last vampire was supposed to get a 4k release in Spain but it's been a no show.

Same boat here, although I am internally justifying it with

Urusei Yatsuri is on offer on Anime Online for 4 seasons at £30 (a steal)

And I will just get either Dan Da Dan or Carole and Tuesday alongside a Flash sale (if there's one I'm interested in)

However not going to lie my cart for £200 and I was ready to purchase then the discount code was used.

@Hanners Can you please let us know how the Macross Frontier and Delta projects are coming along? I'm curious if they're at the point where you can say what form factors they will be released in (ultimate, deluxe, or collector's) and if the 2026 release window is still looking likely. Also, I enjoyed all the interviews in the books included with Zero and Plus, so I'm hoping the other shows will have similarly chunky books.

Honestly we really miss the trips to Manchester too! We were hoping to do something last year, but conventions are a big, time-consuming and expensive endeavour.

I'd really like for us to do something for MegaCon Manchester this year - even if it's just a panel and being on the show floor for folks to say hi, so we'll see!
Conventions just haven't been the same without an actual anime presence imo - MegaCon 2021 (or 2022) said they'd have Crunchyroll but all it was was a small screen off to one side showing trailers. My friend group and I all still miss the amazing days of yours and Manga UK's stalls just being there and arming ourselves with lists and as much anime as our budgets could afford.

It'd be great to see AL again up here, and perhaps even Crunchyroll doing a proper stall for once!

Monopoly Events, the organizers of a lot of regional cons are running an anime convention in Manchester next April that might see some traction. They're promising that they'll have 27 anime voice actors at the event.

This looks really interesting. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to make it this time. I’d have liked to have met a lot of these guests. Maybe next time.

I'm probably interested in Armor Shop for Ladies and Gentlemen. Paying postage would take it to nearly £20 so a bit less of a bargain.
Also putting me off is I haven't even watched one of the 2 Patlabor films I bought at Christmas and only 4 episodes of Ascendance of a Bookworm. I don't have a high finish rate with their titles.

I see Sports Climbing Girls might be a flash sale, would have to be a proper bargain as I didn't bite at £41.99.
