UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

Hi All,

I'm a long time lurker in the forums but have never actually joined. I however felt I had to join to point this out.

Based on everything mentioned above about Dangers In My Heart, I was curious about what exactly was rated by the BBFC.

Looking at the listing on bbfc for Dangers in My heart, it's a bit messy as we have streaming and physical combined.
Series 1 is listed as 12 and the only entries are for streaming.
Series 2 is listed as 15. We have a combination of listings for streaming and physical. The one episode listed as 15 has a description which is very obviously an episode from series 2 and has Anime Limited listed as the distributor.

The standard edition which I saw in the stores yesterday had a 15 rating.

This would suggest not only have the wrong episodes ended up on the Blu-Ray but also the wrong episodes were sent to the BBFC to rate.

Season 1 is 12 episodes, and Season 2 is 13 episodes + the OVA "Twi-Yaba" so it should be easy to tell if this is the case even without identifying the episode contents. That OVA is listed in the menu image above too.

I think your theory makes more sense than somehow using S2's titles on S1 episodes, especially assuming AL used Sentai's materials including menus, as they commonly do. Sentai's S2 is out in three days, so it seems quite feasible they sent AL the S2 materials instead of those for S1.

Edit: My theory is wrong so I marked it out to not lead to confusion but leaving it there for transparency.
