Are all orders from AL generally shipping out slowly? Thought that I'd be safe ordering outside the usual Christmas sales/rush, but apparently not.

I don't think new orders are being shipped out until the backlog from the sale is filled, excluding preorders.
More complex Christmas orders may also be held back a bit more.

I'll be waiting a while for my order on the 12th, it's pretty large as it contains 3 mystery boxes and a number of other items.
Still no sign of my Diebuster order shipping either, it has 2 copies of it and one of the Perfect Blue 4K.

Well, not wishing to upset anyone, but my Christmas sale order of 8 CE titles shipped on Day 2 and I received them on the 10th, my October pre-order of 4 CE titles held up by the Diebuster CE just arrived today, AND I also received a copy of the Chaika S1 CE today from a eBay UK seller who was willing to ship it here to the US for me! So, I am all caught up now on my UK CE sets - with no outstanding orders!
