I fear the lack of an answer earlier is indicative that AL have no idea if it will be released at the end of the month yet, and they're choosing silence rather than risk riling us up further.

Unfortunately Gundam SEED Destiny is slipping a little further, into early December. We're expecting stock to land with us the week of December 5th, so will be updating people accordingly in due course.
