It's not on this site's release schedule page, so it doesn't appear to be licensed in the UK, no.

The first season and the film for Saekano has only been licensed by Aniplex of America in the US, the second season remains unlicensed and the whole franchise has never been touched in UK & Australia.

Thanks! I done it not long ago, and within minutes, I was able to access the website again without any issues.

Well, I spoke too soon. The "Dangerous Website" warning came up again. I checked the full report and it came up with (Computer Threats: 0, Identity Threats: 0, Annoyance Factors: 0, Total Threats On This Site: 0), so it could be a False Positive (as Vincentdante had said). Seeing as Norton had yet to respond to my report, I'll see what happens until then.

EDIT: It seems that my Norton Chrome Extension can't make up its mind, as I can access the website again, but I had no response.

It's worried you might be watching something dangerous. What if characters start telling slightly dirty jokes? What if they hold hands? Such a site must contain dozens of viruses, waiting to lash out.
