Anime Character Guessing Game with pictures

Ok, I pass the ball to whoever wants to propose the new character, sorry if I went for something a bit obscure.

The one I posted was Don Zauther (Don Zauker in Italy, or Don Zauser in other places) from Muteki Koujin Daitarn 3. It's the second mecha series by Tomino, he scored a good row in those years: Zambot 3, Daitarn 3, Gundam, Ideon and Dunbine. Gundam is the best of course, but all the others deserve attention.

Not seen any of those (other than 1 episode of Dunbine on a cover disc) apart from Gundam Wing, Char's Counterattack movie and part of Gundam Seed.

Voddas, is it Roberta from Black Lagoon?

Blast, I was in the ballpark on that one. From the look of the design, I was guessing it was something from the late '70s, but I couldn't pin it down any further than that.

I looked up Yamato, Ideon and Daitarn on ANN to see if there was any mention of villains from Mars, but (needless to say) there was no mention on the first two. Daitarn, I dismissed as ANN doesn't have a plot synopsis for it and I didn't think the artwork matched their little image for it.

/derail.

Mayuko from NieA_7 I think; though it's been a very long time that art style is easily recognised!

If you looked on MAL you would have nailed it.
It's a pity this series never got a proper release with English language, if you can find a fansub and like old mecha then it's well worth a watch.
(follows overall description with very very little spoilers)
The series follows the usual "monster of the week" structure, but it varies quite a lot, making it almost unique. Episodes range from total comedy (for example they use a missile with moustaches) to total tragedy, with a lot of mixed ones. They even experimented with the usual mecha cliches. In one episode an enemy attacks the Daitarn while it's transforming, breaking one of the sacred rules (if I'm right this is the only time ever in mecha anime). In some episodes the Daitarn is depicted like the usual super robot with "soul" (its face changes expressions and so on), in others it's only a cold machine. Another time the characters make fun of the sacred rule "the louder you announce your attack, the stronger it is" (sacred rules imply that Gunbuster is the strongest mecha ever, no contest). Even the enemies vary a lot: from dumb to smart, from loyal to bastard... It's pretty evident that Tomino started to experiment his winning ideas for Gundam (real robots and tragedy) while making this series. Final note: if you enjoy classy and smart butlers, here you get the best one (butler using a velocipede in a mecha show = total win).
(maybe I should open a "granpa syndrome" thread to avoid derailing a bunch of others)

Arashi Nagase from Paradise Kiss.
I need to confess that I cheated, I just googled "anime character piercings" and the name came with the first result.
