Anime Character Guessing Game with pictures

Since you said last year, it rang a bell. I remember seeing a picture of an anime series that was in a way similar to Kanokon. Had to look around as it was bugging me no end lol!

I came across the certain picture i remember. I assume the character was from a series called Wagaya no Oinarisama? As for names, i have no idea, i havent watched it.
 
Could it be Miyabi from Macademi Wasshoi!? I haven't seen it either, just thought the proportions looked Blade-ish and checked the official site.

I probably wouldn't have even remembered the series existed if my husband wasn't such a big fan of that guy.
