Megumi Hayashibara is from Sailor mooon right? doens't remind me of the style of sailor moon, but is it chibi???

Assuming if i'm thinking of the same character i don't think that's it. I thought she looked more like Usagi.

Completely forgot about that show even existed. Heard about it, but never seem it.

OT - for the wings, I'm thinking about Angel Sanctuary, although I doubt it is Sarah.

Edit: ignore me. Sarah is blonde.

Is this taken from the Megaman anime? Only reason i ask is because the guy you can see her talking to, from the back he looks like a megaman character...
