Then I'm hoping they release It Uncut because I dont think anyone will want to buy It If It Isnt. I for one will not be buying anything that has been edited, I thought the days of edited anime were behind the industry so Its really dissapointing to see an anime adaption of my favorite manga...
Based on what animechronicleuk.blogspot are saying Manga plan on releasing this Fully Uncut with a BBFC rating of '18'.

I'm guessing manga already knew what they were getting into and must of checked with the BBFC before making any deals...

I dont mind subtitled releases because a subbed release is better than no release at all, but as long as the script isnt drastically changed and the acting can portray the emotions of the original japanese actors i usually go for the dub so i can fully imerse myself into the wonderful animation...

I LOVE SENTAI FILMWORKS!!. After the recent and awesome news of 'Needless' getting licensed with a dub, Sentai announce the long awaited dub of Clannad After Story, I just recently purchased the first season after watching Kannon and...
I'd rather be able to play them on my tv so i will just order a player from america, i was planning to do that after christmas anyway because of all the Blu-Ray releases in the U.S such Read or Die and the upcoming Dance in the Vampire Bund.
Manga will be releasing Highschool Of The Dead on Blu-Ray and thats being released by Sentai Filmworks so there may be hope. :D
Also, It would most likely be region locked so that may not be an option for some, I myself dont have a player that plays region 'A' so I will be importing a Blu-Ray...

I personally will be importing my copy from America but if it gets licensed here then i maybe patient enough to wait till then (Maybe). So cross your fingers and hope Manga or Beez decide to...
The background art always looks amazing with his films. If this is as good as his previous films then i cant wait to watch this, lets just hope this get licensed early. :D
Amazon have just listed Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time as a Blu-ray boxset for £17.99 while Play.com have it for £23.99.
I previously had them separately pre-ordered on Play.com for £14.99 each so this is a bargain, grab it while the price is still low. :D
I cant see any difference between the JP and UK versions other than the cases, the Japanese box art is stylish but not enough for me to fork out £60 to import it when it was £10.99 on play.com.
So yeah my UK release looks identical the the Japanese release in terms of video quality. :D
