Bet the UMD won't be a good quality as the DVD! Has anyone seen the original appleseed anime? Is it any good?

Thats a lot of Manga/Anime!!!!!! That's why I don't but R1 DVD's as would end up speading too much money!

A lot of games that use a Licence (e.g film not just anime) seem to be/turn average at best look at Gits on the PS2 i haven't played it, but it ment to be pretty bad. Thats why I would like a game to take anime influences and use them instead.These 'dating sims' wouldn't be sort of think at all...

Afraid Not. (I have not got XBOX live , If I did I would be intrested) Going to wait for the next gen of consoles before going online.

Got both , both are great games but I agree GT4 is better though. Love the custom sound tracks on Forza Motorsport , wish GT4 had them.

Me too . I mean I would like more games to use anime style graphics, but not games based on a certain anime. E.G a FPS using anime graphics instead of a ' more realistic style'.

It seems a lot of you are into computer/video games as well as anime. So is there any anime you would like to see made in to a computer game? Me personally would like to seem more games using anime style graphics, rather than use of a anime licence. I would like to see a first person...

I really enjoyed the t.v series so looking forward to this one.

HMV's got a big sale on now and includes some anime. I got all 4 vol' s of Serial Experiements Lain for £ 9.99 each. And also saw Ninja Scroll T.V Series for £ 9.99 a volume. And also Macross Plus boxset at £7.99. This was at the oxford street branch by the way.

Watched the trailer for it on Gungrave Vol 1's Extras, will be getting it ASAP. It looks amazing!

I agree with that 100%. While I think its cool if a anime creator puts western influences in a anime because their like them. I am totally against just them making a anime ''westernised'' just because they feel they need more sales. Its a bit like when a band get good sales on there merit own...

Today i bought GITS Vol 4 from HMV in romford ,tried to located Cowboy Bebop Vol 5 and Gungrave Vol1 & 2 and had no luck . Looks like i'm going to have to make a trip to london to get them.
