I placed an order recently with Umbrella Entertainment for three of their Collector’s sets, which arrived today. DotW, AKA ISOYG was an easy choice as the UK release is cut, whilst I’ve been meaning to see DOGMA for years. The Hatchet series is also one I’ve wanted to check out for ages so having it all in one collection was handy.
Delivery was fairly quick from Australia and the items were packaged well.

:: Kill Bill I acquired for '3 for 15% off' WauHd VALUE. Turns out the the film is split between two discs... like it was already. Great success.
:: 28 Days Later pre-ordered not knowing the video quality is closer to VHS than 4k, only having watched once on DVD. Greatest success.
:: Gankutsuou saw had an art 'guide' book, when imported Bebop's more expensive art book. Not much art, and crammed onto a few pgs, bar 3 cover fold-outs. Least the cover is green-sparkly/reflective kinda like the clothes in the series, I guess?... Was hoping to see early trailer art/designs.
:: Genshiken's transfer is so DVD-esque it only says '16x9' on back, like in the good ol' days when new 4:3 anime was a thing. I own those very same DVDs.
:: All hopes rest on Clevatass, which I got with nary a Google, based on 'Cl' + dark fantasy + eyepatch girl = CLAYMORE! If not as described, Rui has a lot (more) to answer for than sexism...
PS: Took the photos in the dark aided by a light bulb given Amazon chucked 28 Days thru door around 7pm.
