I phoned dpd customer service and was given an email to pay import duty now i just have to wait for the email.

I had to email them explaining the issue because they just told me to click on a link to pay import duty in an email I never received so I'm waiting to hear back from them and I finally got the seller to do something at their end i told them Chronopost is part of the dpd group so they are looking into it.

I discovered an artist called Range murata i got one of his artbooks futurelog English edition from amazon uk from a uk book shop coming i wish i did a bit more research some of his art work is borderline the woman are drawn kinda young and slightly explicit but not to the point of being out right porn. forbidden planet even had it for sale at one point.he did the artwork for attack on titian manga.

Range is definitely pretty popular, I have the same art book and some others. He's known for the retrofuturism and moe characters. You've probably seen some anime with his character designs such as Last Exile, Shangri-La, Cop Craft, etc.

It's still a bit questionable even though is not borderline lolicon in the same futurelog artbook that I got that you also have.
 
I've looked at a lot of Range Murata's art and he seems to love half clad lollies and if you look at the legs of his characters they seem to be malformed.
 
ok this is frustrating and i'm worried.

first of i'm sure people are aware of the new age restriction law's for the internet in the uk (i spent 6 year's watching the whole bill go through parliament and an attempt before that) and i don't want to go through with that so i use a vpn particularly to use discord. Yesterday i used it as normal on my laptop and normally i only use the vpn when i need too and i keep the discord tab open on my browser and hit refresh on the chrome tab with discord once i've activated the vpn and the age-gate on the discord server (which is 18+) disappears and that's what happened fine at first. Then i deactivated it to do something else that involved going to my setting's in chrome and clearing the data cookies. Then i came back to discord to discover i needed to log in again so i do and forgot i switched off the vpn so i switched it on and hit refresh like normal but this time it didn't change and was still age gated.

worried i changed the vpn location but no change, i think maybe it's the browser so i log in on another browser but no change, at this point i'm thinking maybe it's my account and discord now detect's the vpn. I tried on my tablet and the vpn worked fine on the chrome on the tablet but thought well i always use the chrome on the tablet for discord so try a different browser on the tablet and i could still get passed the age block on discord on the tablet so i concluded whatever the problem is it's on the laptop not the discord account (or it is the account and they haven't got round to doing whatever they did to my tablet yet).

so today i get back to the laptop for more thing's to try (and i'm not technically minded) i delete the data on the vpn, didn't work, deleted the data on chrome again and log in to discord with the vpn on, didn't work, i downloaded a whole new vpn, it didn't work so it had nothing to do with the specific vpn, i even did a deep clean with Ccleaner, it didn't work.

i'm at my wit's end, and while i could still imagine it's my account it might not because there are some filtered images in my DM's where without the vpn i can't see them without an age check but with a vpn i can still see them so it might not be the account, and for all i know it could just be that one discord server that i'm affected by but i'm not in any other 18+ servers so i can't test that.

i don't know what the hell i've done or if it will fix itself and don't know if anyone else has any idea what i did or if i did anything?

In Reddit a lot of people who didn't want to jump through hoops of using VPN a lot of them were just using a random passport photo found on Google image search. You could try that for discord.

I think someone also released an AI driven image generator to bypass the checks, you can probably find it with a search.

i'm aware of that but given the vpn was working before and the one on the tablet still work's i'd rather like to know whether this is a problem i can fix so i can still use it the way i want to particularly because i don't want to go through any kind of AV in any way if i can avoid it.
 
If it still works on other devices via VPN, but not on your PC then there must be some local files on the PC retaining that info. Do you have an alternative PC to test with or perhaps create a second Windows profile and test there.

I've never used Discord so I don't know what it's like, but it must be keeping files regardless of clearing cache.
 
I clicked on an age restricted server in a discord group I'm in and the age check thing came up. At first I used a picture, but theirs is cleverer than that and ask me to open my mouth!
Found a YouTube video of someone opening a shutting their mouth and used that instead. Haven't been asked to redo it yet, so only need to do it the once.
