This is my most watched anime by a mile but S1 has only had 2 views.
 
Finally found a Booster box of Love Live (2014) Weiss

Not sure how the seller would feel knowing they had something BNIB for 12 years, only for the buyer to open it right away when it arrives 😈 Been after this since finding my old Love Live binder from years ago

Also got a box of Weiss SAO GGO Season 2, again for personal collection

The new BBFC rating actually happened on the street date of that release.
Not the first time that a new lower BBFC rating was given so short in advance that arrow still used the old 18 instead of the lower 15 rating.

Not many pick ups this year from Bookfest. Most of the table was full of Japanese editions which were expensive. Next time I’ll maybe get there early on day one as I’m told the manga gets cleaned out pretty early.

Wasn’t planning to pick up Sgt Frog volume 4 but I had 1-3 so why not even if it is a little battered.

I was really surprised to find Red River there at that price. I didn’t think the omnibuses had brought the price of the singles down THAT much. Cheaper and in better condition than Sgt Frog.

ZOMG, nor did I! Sold Mars during the great shoujo manga purge (tm). Might pick it back up in red hardback format. Maybe?

These are not from today, more last week or so, so I'm cheating due to my general inactivity. I'm posting anyway sooo~

I did not get a new PS5. I did however get so bored by its plain whiteness after 5-6yrs that I opted to pretend it's a PS1 via grey plates + decal stickers (wasting a few that refused to stick). Also got a 5TB Astro Bot EHDD direct from Seagate since its a) a LE, B) kawaii and C) I'm fed up of deleting/reinstalling. Unfortunately though, it seems to take an ice age to index games when booting up. Do have over 100/4tb on it and accidentally corrupted unplugging before having to format, mind. Mortal Kombat I see others posted long before meee, for Amazon are slow, butt I didn't see a full contents photo. Glad the artwork shows highlights from the film, blown up on the poster for good measure. Annihilation I guess it's nice to have with, as terrible as is. That has a lesser, smaller poster in its case. Arrow knew only 1/2 mattered.

PS2: Forgot imported Ocean Waves' steelbook, given was no UK one to go with my other Ghibli steelbooks. Wanted rid of the lone remaining randomly numbered vanilla slipcover. Alas, the title is whatever 'Si Sente Il Mare' is, and has no English options. Put my UK discs in it.

"Si Sente il Mare" means "You can hear the sea" or similar. Having watched the movie multiple times and being from an Italian seaside town, the title is extremely apt. The nostalgia is exactly the same. It also helps that it's a closer translation of Umi ga Kikoeru

Thanks for that intel: closer to the original translation, yet also a title localised for those familiar with living by the sea in Italy at the same time? The title should've been a giveaway it wouldn't contain English subs. C'est la vie~ <- the extent of my foreign language knowledge

I did always like 'Ocean Waves' though, in terms of the movie itself. Ripples in water; waves in the ocean. Small, inconsequential things. Much like the emotional turmoil of a teenage first love that matters little yet is everything to those involved. 'Tis fitting.
