Honesty the worst part of it all, is the official communication to everyone who have orders still open. If I didn't check the forum/discord I wouldn't even have much of an idea what's going on most of the time.

This is a real problem. I have just found out that the Place Promised in Our Early Days steel book has been delayed through this forum. It was supposed to be out on the 9th but now it looks like the end of March. Anime Limited's website has no announcements and the listing still shows the 9th February. If I hadn't seen the post on here just now I wouldn't have even known, it isn't acceptable when our money is taken up front.

We e-mailed all customers with a pre-order on Tuesday about this (at 2:12PM to be precise), so not sure why you didn't receive this to be honest. I also found out after sending that message that the stock has cleared customs (which was the hold up on this one) and should be arriving imminently, which is why we didn't put out any broader messaging.
 
At this point I made an account just for complaining. Seems that anything from the early Christmas period is just dodging me. My rarewaves order got lost and my alltheanime order from 3rd December still did not ship. Granted its huge ( I think 21 items in total) so I fully expected it to take a while but not this long.
 
If anyone had been placing bets... Anime Limited won. Two boxes of 20 items just showed up.

I'm okay with Rarewaves. I've only had one issue with them, and customer service sorted it sharpish. But I'll be expecting their delivery in ten days or so. I'm used to them being slow.

Three days later... Most of my Rarewaves order shows up, five out of seven items. I expect that they split the order, but just to be sure, I e-mailed customer service to check. The human or AI bot replied in seven minutes.
 
No movement yet on my outstanding order. I sense last prize may be mine...
I'm afraid you'll have to fight me for that honour, I'm still waiting on 6 items that were all in stock (oh actually since I last checked Psycho-pass sots is now out of stock) and both film mystery boxes.

I'm really hoping the mystery boxes haven't cost me something I actually wanted.

Well, still waiting on my mystery box order from December 2nd. It also has a few other items, but the site lists them as in stock....
Let me guess? An update in a week or two with "we're sorry" or nah?
I mean, every year it's like: get there soon, or they'll sell out.
So I always order soon, but are there any left? What's the point of being quick at this point?
To be fair this is the first time for me that delivery was this bad, but come on!
Look, I won't be mad if you ran out of boxes or something, but just fess up and compromise.
Also, send out a mail like two weeks ago, no answer. So yay.
