So today, Rarewaves posted out my Crunchyroll sale order. It's a race now!

My replacement Frieren LE just arrived after Rarewaves lost the first. Yodel + just rawdogging the set straight into a cardboard box is not a great combo. Not sure I’d use them again, certainly not for an LE.

You can blame Crunchyroll for how it is in the cardboard box as that's the one it's sent to them in.

So today, Rarewaves posted out my Crunchyroll sale order. It's a race now!

If anyone had been placing bets... Anime Limited won. Two boxes of 20 items just showed up.

I'm okay with Rarewaves. I've only had one issue with them, and customer service sorted it sharpish. But I'll be expecting their delivery in ten days or so. I'm used to them being slow.

I've had a day one order dispatched jan 7th and received on the 10th IIRC. Still a day 2 of the sale order that am waiting on it to be dispatched

Well they are aiming to get all the orders done by the 6th of February. So hopefully not much longer to wait. And I presume if nothing ships by then we can expect another update.

Previously I wrote:

My order statuses, both presumably considered larger orders:

• Order #1, made 1 December, after site was back up but probably before sale prices were fixed as I only ordered Crunchyroll titles using the sale 10% coupon - not yet shipped
• Order #2, made 2 December, shipped 16 January

A bit earlier today I got the shipment notice for order #1 above.

Order #2 arrived 29 January. As I'm not in the UK, delivery takes a while and is out of AL's control. The package had gotten wet somewhere along the way and part of the cardboard of the box was delaminating. Fortunately Lime Wood Media's standard packing method of wrapping all the items in bubble wrap protected the blu-rays from damage and everything arrived in perfect condition.
