Since this and next month is going to be dry for home video releases, I decided to use these two months grab some very rare sets of anime from generous sellers from the US and UK.

Fushigi Yugi TV series Pioneer release (the better release) and You're under Arrest Box 2 AnimEigo.

Also, got the The Crew Motorfest via Amazon.

I definitely have more You're Under Arrest stuff coming over the coming weeks via Stackry.

I'm off for a few days so taking a chance on Handyman Saitou.
The Big Heat, quite violent for a fifties cop/revenge film. This has some interesting extras. Commentary with Lem Dobbs who wrote The Limey (a favourite) and a short interview with Michael Mann.

Bonus, it's 20% off day at Fopp and HMV.

I'm really happy with both these pairs of gloves that arrived today - comfy, good fit on my large-ish hands, stylish/cute, colours like in the pictures, and the purple suede ones at least are nice and warm outside in this current cold spell we're having (haven't worn the ski-gloves outside yet - I will say how they were for warmth in my next update in this thread when I have worn them outside)

I managed to get hold of another All the Anime Ultimate Edition, this time it is Giovanni's Island. It will sit nicely with my copies of Miss Hokusai and Terror in Resonance although I might need to reinforce the shelf . I thought I had managed to get a copy of the Ultimate Edition of Patema Inverted but the place I bought it from screwed up so I bought the Collectors Edition instead.

I am really looking forward to watching Tonikawa and I have been playing Marvel Vs Capcom all morning, it is so great to have all these games on one disc

The Game Trilogy is amazing and some of Tôru Murakawa's best films and put action icon Yusaku Matsuda on the map in the late 70,s and into the 80,s until his tragic early death in 1989 at the age of 40,he sadly died from bladder cancer,if you enjoy these three movies i,d highly recommend checking out more of Tôru Murakawa's work,a good place to start is Resurrection of the Golden Wolf again starring Yusaku Matsuda in the leading role.

I got home yesterday just before the darts started on ITV 4 so only had time to have a quick look at the first 20 minutes.
Not sure what I think yet.
