Noticed the absence of the Evangelion Disc 5 disc replacement scheme.

They told me (via email) a while back that they’re manufacturing replacements which will be sent out to affected customers once available.
So they are aware, and they are doing something, but you need to have the affected pressing and contact them.

At least that should have a more appropriate price. Can't be bothered with the quality of their AOT vinyl sets

it's a 2CD release like S2 was so i guess it'll be £15/£13.50

Last Evolution Kizuna and Lupin Part 6 were both announced back at MCM Comic Con London October 2021. Only those who attended actually knew, and barely anyone reported on it.

I contacted them via e-mail myself about the replacement disc. Sometime after I sent AL the details needed, I told a Twitter mutual about contacting them via e-mail, as he wanted to know how to get a replacement disc too.

I thought they did that before, where I only heard about the replacement scheme because of people talking about it here, think that may have been with either Re:Zero or Your Name.

It's easy to prove a zavvi order if you show your order history since they can then match it to your address I suppose.

I received confirmation from Zavvi earlier this morning that they will not be instigating / offering a replacement disc scheme at the moment.

I already have a replacement disc ordered through GKids for my US Evangelion Ultimate Edition, but I purchased my UK CE set from Zavvi... I would like to have a replacement disc for it as well - not because I need to watch that clip, as I never watch any on-disc extras at all - but mainly just for re-sale value. I'm old and will need to seriously consider selling some of my anime collection off within the next 10 years or so, as I ain't going to be around forever.

I too contacted them and so far I have not received a response from them yet.
