Good series with some action, comedy and a good balance of fan service. Although a bit of a sudden ending to the series which doesn't really tie up anything, like it was meant to be more episodes but got cut (similar to Tokyo Underground).

Subaru's even more a jerk than usual, Emilia finally has a different mannerism other than cheerily bland and finally tells Subaru where to shove it, some **** goes down, but it means nothing because Subaru can just die and reset it, and the most stupidly bat-**** insane over the top villain ever is introduced.

I held off starting this as I had some other stuff to watch first, but couldn't avoid some of the comments about it being a typical Dai Sato show, it feels like a cross between Eureka Seven and Carole & Tuesday and I'm liking it so far.

I mean I was going to watch it anyway, I guess after enjoying the story of the game I was just nervous that the anime would be quite disposable and wouldn't add much. I'm going to review the game for Retro Mecha Podcast's companion blog once I'm done with it.
