Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works s3ep7. Beautiful to behold as always.

Fruit of Grisaia ep8. I was thinking this is the best handled story arc so far this series... until the last five minutes when everything went ridiculous again.

Kino's Journey: the Beautiful World ep 5-7.

Ronja, the Robber's Daughter ep8. That moose drinking from the lake was pure Princess Mononoke. There are echoes of Hayao Miyazaki's works throughout this, even the fact this is adapting a european tale in the same way Hayao did with Anne of Green Gables. The problem Goro Miyazaki had with his two Ghibli films is that everyone expected him to equal his fathers works on his first attempt, which he obviously could not. I suspect this project is him starting over from scratch, and emulating his fathers early career from the sixties and seventies. When he has more experience under his belt he will probably take over Ghibli properly and they will start making movies again. Or at least that's what I hope will happen.

Wolf Girl & Black Prince ep8. Some funny moments helped by the fact it was not as uncomfortable to watch as previous episodes. I'm still troubled by the basic premise though.

Yeah, some moments in this one were actually semi-almost decent. Mainly the date bit. But this show is still utterly crap nonetheless. And yeah, all the rhetoric ("you belong to me" ect) and unhealthy dynamic (even if slightly less) of the relationship is still troublesome for me. Yet I'm still watching it :? I'm the worst shoujo fiend

I totally envy the person in here watching My Little Monster.

Another - eps 1 - 8

I don't think I've ever watched an anime quite as scary as this. I'd long thought that anime could never really do genuine, slow-creeping horror as well as live action (apparently because you can't place yourself in the situation as readily because it's not live action), but this totally does the job. Bits of it get a little Final Destination in places, and it really labors the whole 'oh, this awful mysterious thing is happening, what ever can it be???' aspect, but when it ramps up the music and builds up to one of the deaths, my God is it terrifying. Also, Monica Rial is brilliant as Misaki in the English Dub - always a fan of her characters, but this is one of her best outings.

 I'm watching Wolf Girl and Black Prince as well as My Little Monster, and I'm definitely not struggling as to which I like more.

I have the same problem. Nothing can redeem Kyoya ... but I keep watching in some vague hope. The episode where they agreed they were both just complete strangers and walked away I found myself thinking 'Let's end here, yeah?'

Wolf Girl and Black Prince 8

I liked how they both had to learn to compromise about what they wanted and liked to do. Kyoya is still a bit of a standoffish jerk, but he seems to be getting better and actually starting to care for Erika. New guy is a creep though
